Dr. Issata Oluwadare is a keynote speaker, strategist, professor, and entrepreneur with 20 years of leadership experience across private, nonprofit, and higher education spaces. Across more than 60 invited presentations, she has reached audiences in the United States and around the world with talks on leadership, organizational culture, strategy, women’s leadership, and sustainable success. Her work has touched professionals across 50+ countries, 35 states, and more than 200 U.S. cities, and her leadership and development work has impacted more than 80 higher education institutions and thousands of participants globally.
As Principal of Issata O. Inc. and founder of The EZ Breezy Life, Issata brings a broad and grounded lens to every room she enters. She has led in administration, teaching, coaching, consulting, authorship, and entrepreneurship, and she is known for helping leaders turn vision into strategy, strengthen culture, navigate change, and lead with both clarity and care. A five-time #1 bestselling author, podcast host, and trusted advisor, she blends systems thinking, project management, and people-centered leadership in ways that are both practical and deeply human.
A first-generation immigrant and first-generation college student, Issata speaks with unusual honesty about ambition, belonging, resilience, grief, caregiving, and the work of becoming whole while leading others.
